1st Course- Green "Scotch" Egg and Ham-pesto scotch egg, roasted winter vegetables, crispy prosciutto ham and Whole Grain Mustard Dressing
2nd Course- Shrimp, Chorizo and Waffles- Crispy buttermilk fried shrimp, chroizo, slow cooked pinto beans, crema,cotija cheese, corn chive waffle and green chili sauce
3rd Course- Steak and Chips- Applewood smoked teres major steak with crispy balsmic potato chips crumbled bleu cheese and confit tomato basil relish
4th Course- Late Night Cereal- Cookie crisp cereal milk Ice Cream with double chocolate chunck cookies, cayenne whipped cream, and salted peanut butter caramel sauce
$65 Per person includes dinner and ticket for jazz concert
